Refreshing resolutions to actually look forward to this year...
1. Sleep well, then keep moving.
Get a good night's sleep every night. And during the day? Time to dance. =)
2. Eat real food.
Fruits, vegetables, fish, chocolate, hard cheeses, nuts, heavy breads...
3. Pray more.
4. Hold on to the good.
